Registration and use

Customers must register before using ParcelPoint as a delivery address. Each customer receives a unique reference which must be used at checkout so parcels can be matched correctly.

ParcelPoint may decline parcels that are damaged, leaking, unlawful, perishable or exceed our size and weight limits.

Storage and collection

Standard free storage is seven days from the date of arrival. Extended storage is available at the applicable daily rate.

Parcels must be collected during trading hours by the registered customer or a nominated person presenting the collection code and identification.

Delivery services

After-hours delivery is offered within our service area subject to availability and the applicable delivery fee, and requires a person at the delivery address to accept the parcel.

Liability

ParcelPoint takes reasonable care of all parcels in our custody. Our liability is limited to the value declared by the courier, and we are not liable for delays, damage or loss occurring before a parcel is accepted by us.

Prohibited items are handled at the sender's risk and may be surrendered to the relevant authorities.
