Consent
By registering with ParcelPoint or submitting a form on this website, you consent to our processing of your information for these purposes. Consent may be withdrawn in writing at any time, subject to any parcels currently in our custody.
Retention and security
Parcel records are retained for as long as required for operational, accounting and legal purposes, then securely destroyed.
Access to customer data is limited to trained staff, and our premises are protected by access control and CCTV monitoring.
