When you register with ParcelPoint we collect your name, mobile number, email address, physical address and, where relevant, your business details.

We also record parcel details such as courier name, waybill number, arrival date and collection date so that we can manage your parcels accurately.

Your information is used to identify incoming parcels, notify you by SMS, WhatsApp and email, arrange after-hours delivery and verify identity at collection.

We may send you service updates and, if you subscribe, occasional newsletters. You can opt out of marketing at any time.

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with couriers and delivery staff where necessary to complete a delivery or collection.

Information is stored on access-controlled systems, and our premises are monitored by CCTV.
